The music played on The Rockin Surfer Show is a cultural collision of Rockabilly, Surf, and the grey areas of R & B and Country. As an active record producer, David’s studio collaborations include co-productions with Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys and productions for The Ramones, Blondie, The Go Go’s, & The Ventures, to name a few. Many of Kessel’s recordings as a musician and producer, were done at the famous Gold Star Studios in Hollywood.
